Well, the Whiners and Losers album is almost mixed. It's so close. In fact, it's so close I can't finish it since I'm so close to it. I've been giving it some distance to see if I still like the mixes when I come back to them. So, we'll set the date shortly and off we go. Gotta' get it out ... stay tuned.
Facebook Changes
I did want to comment on Facebook's changes to the band pages. I'm warming to the concept of the time line now that I see you have some control over how the page layout. I did find it extremely frustrating that changing the image for tabs seemed to take forever - what the hell - it did take forever and they would vanish periodicly as well. I spent well over 24 hours creating the images and trying to get them to take. Recently I changed up the series of icons again and it went smoothly. Looks like Facebook had a bug now fixed? On a few of the blogs about it I read no one else seemed to comment about this in response to my notes. Maybe it's just Whiners luck. Anyway, please check it out and give us a like eh?

The Voice
Have to do a shout out to what I think is the best of the "sing" shows out there anywhere. The talent, from the get go, is just amasing and the choices to eliminate down right impossible. I was watching American Idol for the last few years and was always frustrated by their process. I decided to give it a miss this year altogether but happened on it by accident just last week. I stayed with it for about 30 seconds as the singer (in the final series by now) was just awful.
I say that knowing I have a voice that is even worse!
But what bothers me is that, by this time in the show, the talent should be way better. Has to be better! I just don't have that feeling ever from The Voice. And I wish I could have all of them to sing for us!
This post's bonus track is the latest mix of Easy Money. Still a very appropraite topical song given the aleged fragile state of finances in the world. 99% vs. 1% indeed! If you do give it a listen ... any comments back on it would be much appreciated.
